Anyone been listening to this years masterpieces on Radio 1 this week? Some good albums as always with a documentary and then the album in full. Just listened to Queens of the stoneage : Songs for the deaf :rockout: . Other albums are Beastie boys : Ill communication, Arcade fire : Neon bible and The chemical brothers : Dig your own hole. Listened to the Songs for the Deaf programme - interesting stuff, especially Dave Grohl's chat re the recording-technique for drums. And generator parties sound cool 8)

Intend to hear the others. Wish they were avlbl as podcasts. Seems the BBC is cutting back on podcasts? 🙁

Quite suprised by Dave's comments regarding the recording of the drums, must have taken some doing to get that right.
