dunno if this is nationwide but this evening i was in asda (leicester) and they were selling mass effect for a fiver

i picked up 2 - thats a couple of xmas presents sorted!

That's an excellent price and, word has it, that your character and decisions (in the save file) will influence the story in the sequel, which is due next year. Just enough time to get the original completed!

yeah should be interesting how they implement that one - if it works well i can see every game copying it from now on

i actually bought mass effect last xmas for a fiver in the january sale at comet!. think i've owned 5 different versions of the same game in total!

A great game.... and a great price, absolute bargain. I much enjoyed Mass Effect, one of the few games recently that kept me playing until completion.
