Styling is always a subjective thing, That you like the new styling, doesn't mean it is wrong for someone else to dislike it. As for my view, well, it looks better in silver.

i like the look of them, i hate the prices.

I can never get over how much is being charged for streaming devices. Logitech/squeezebox did it perfectly at a tiny percentage of the prices others are now asking.

You have No taste it’s sounds excellent and looks retro , if you don’t like it don’t buy it Audiophiles have a variety of tastes.
