Marantz CD6004 or CD63MkIISE-KI Sig.? Is CD6004 ungradeable?

Hi

I'm after opinions as to whether to go for a CD6004 or a CD63MkIISE-Ki Sig. (second hand).

Also, is the CD6004 upgradeable?If it is, what kind of stuff can be done, and is this player as upgradeable as the CD63 and similar players form the 1990s.

I've been out of touch with equipment for a few years, so any help would be very much appreciated.

I'd go for the CD6004 personally. Buy it, connect it up, and enjoy listening rather than worrying about upgrading bits inside it. It is a superb CD player and, IMO, you'd have to spend a huge amount more to really improve on it.
