After bad experience with two NAD C545BEE cd players (one didn't play at all; the other had a hum) i still seeking at a cd player. Will the Marantz cd 6004 the best one? I love a warmer presentation with my almost rock and metal music. The Marantz seems reliable.

Heu When I demoed theme

I prefered the Nad to the Marantz

But then I prefered the CA Azure to the Nad :?

But than my preference added a 50€ to my budget each time....

I've had many CD players including NAD C545BEE, NAD C521BEE, Arcam CD73T, Arcam CD17, Yamaha CD-S700, Cambridge 650C, Cambridge 740C, Marantz CD52SE, Marantz CD63 KI Signature, Marantz CD63SE, and my current Marantz CD6003.

I wouldn't change my CD6003 for ANY of the others. Its one of my favourite hi-fi components out of everything I've ever owned. Simply superb.
