Marantz 6025 turntable belt?

Hi,

I have a marantz 6025 turntable which is spinning too fast, I think I need to change the belt...what else could it be? Also, since I live in a place where turntable belts are impossible to find I would have to get one made, can anyone tell me the measurements for a new belt, failing that can anyone tell me how I can measure the length required?
