Lost some features after update

Hi i've got a samsung box and got a message to say my box has been updated last week since then i've had a few niggles, i've sorted the pin restriction feature but when i pull the guide up at least half the programs have no program title or info most eventually come through after 45 secs or so but not as quick as it used to be. When i pop something in my planner it doesn't give me the option of series link anymore which is really annoying. Any ideas anyone ? can i reset the box somehow ? Cheers

Should have remembered that unplugging the power lead for 5 minutes works wonders !
