:help: I have a Samsung Smart Tv I connected a hard drive to it and for two weeks it worked well. Now all of a sudden-without any action on my part the TV does not recognise the Hard drives existence-even though the little blue light on it is flashing away-what Can I do?

I'm assuming you've unplugged, powered down, reconnected and switched back on again? if so, have you tried the hard drive works with a laptop for example?

Why not try a usb memory stick as a test.

grdunn123 I see you have a Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet as well my son has the 10 inch version and upgraded it to 64 gb. Fantastic screen and very quick.

Best wishes

Hi Chris, yep - love my Z2 Tablet - have a 32GB micro sd card installed so loads of space, great screen and very, very happy!

Well you are right it does not and the other contributor was right a USB stick worked in the TV-so the Hard drive is Kn******d! Thanks to all.

Check the cable pins on tv end and cable end both weather it may brike. Have you restarted both the sides? Do all this rest change the cable end of hard drive.
