Looking for cheap active speakers

Hi guys about 2 years ago I bought these very cheap active speakers for only 15.00 but the thing is they were excellent and much much better than some recent ones I have bought which I have now accidentally broke also. Anyways to cut a long story short a friend of mine kindly donated his altec lansing ones with accompanying sub woofer, however these are absolute rubbish. So I am now after some extremely cheap but good sounding active speakers, any ideas or thoughts? looking to pay no more than 30.00 to be honest.

I think these are the ones i broke lol, (second ones) thanks for the recommendation but these aren't very good. Wayy too much sibilance, not enough clarity
