Hi, I have been given a pair of Bang and Olufson Redline speakers:

RL60/RL 60.2 [/b]

RMS power handling capacity [/b]60 W
Music power handling capacity [/b]90 W
Impedance [/b]8 ohms
Frequency range [/b]+4 -8 dB 45 - 20,000 Hz
Power [/b]at 96 dB SPL 2 W
Sensitivity [/b]1 W 93 dB
Distortion [/b]250 - 1000 Hz < 1 %
Distortion [/b]> 1000 Hz < 0.5 %
Acoustic principle [/b]ABR - Auxiliary Bass Radiator
ABR unit: [/b]15 x 33cm
Woofer [/b]: 2 x 16cm
Tweeter [/b]: 2.5cm
Crossover frequency:[/b] 2500 Hz
Net volume:[/b] 19 litre

Dimensions [/b]W x H x D: 54 x 40.5 x 18cm. Weight 9 kg

and I would like to be able to connect them to my pc. I am aware that I will need an amplifier but I dont know anything about them. Are there any cheap ones that will work and sound decent? I would also like to buy a turntable to play through the speakers if anyone has any cheap suggestions.

Thanks very much

I would definately consider used items. I would like to spend no more than £60 ($100) on each component if possible, but I will go higher if there is no other choice.

If going for used try to find a technics sl1300, 1600, 1900 etc. got one for 70 quid of gumtree and build qaulity is great for a 30 year old deck, they are based on the sl1200 's which are solid tanks, but with slighty less torquey motors , the sl1200 are asking much more due to the cult status they have,
