lg l47650t picture settings

anyone got this tv as i have just got one and would like some advice on the pic and motion settings or if one of the whf team have a record of what they say are the best for watching hi def movies in 2d and 3d

BTW its fantastic for the money as sky and lg are giving £100 cash back and its only £899 at the mo...
