Leema Elements Phono Stage - should I?

Does anyone have an useful thoughts or advice regarding my possible purchase of the Leema phono stage?

1) Is it overkill for my Roksan Radius 5 deck?

2) Would it be more of a sideways move from my current Musical Fidelity XLP V8?

3) Would that kind of cash be better spent on funding a new turntable somewhere down the line?

No, I don't believe so - it'll probably be more of an overkill for your amps. The Turnatable is more than up to the task, so I would stick rather than twist. Maybe invest in an improved cartridge?
