LD OLED Tv and Sonos Beam

Hi all - hoping for some help. I'm looking to upgrade to a 48" OLED tv (can't fit anything bigger in my flat) and the Sonos Beam but i've read that there historically have been issues connecting the two. Is this still the case, or have the issues now all been sorted? Thanks!

The Sonos beam remains pretty finicky. It frequently freezes and drops out when connected to my in-laws tv. But because it does sound good they kept it. But in all fairness, it has lessened over time.

Go on the Sonos forum and you see a vast list of people complaining about the same issue. And there has yet be any fix given. And I doubt there will be. It seems to boil down to the earc protocol.

First setup was a real ball ach as well. It just didn’t want to connect.
