LCD novice

Looking to buy a new LCD TV, 32" due to size of room, budget of circa £450. Have seen Toshiba 32AV504DB advertised for around £370, but can't find any reviews anywhere. Anyone have any thoughts/observations, or any better ideas for blowing 500 quid?

id recommend the Panasonic TX32LMD70, its a great set with very good SD quality and ive seen it for 460

Cheers for that - have considered the Panasonic, but was amazed at the price of the Toshiba...

it is a good price but the quality doesnt come near to the panasonics...

Go to ebuyer.com and you will find you can get the 37" version of the Tosh (37AV504DB) for £379.98 delivered - i just got it for my girlfriend and it's proving to be a really good set (especially with DVD thru component which looks cracking!). Motion is handled very well by the way.

Agree however that the Panasonic is most likely a better set but i have not seen it in action myself.
