Late Night Function ( Onkyo 606 )

Hi everyone, I`m sorry for asking this but can someone please tell me where i can access the Late Night Function on the Onkyo 606,sorry for my ignorance but I can`t find it anywhere what do I have to do ?

Yeah it says you have to be in dolby digital, dolby digital plus & dolby true HD, for it to work.
