kuro pq through hdmi 1.2

Hi all

I am running a BDP51FD blu ray to a 5090 kuro through an older yamaha AVR (RXV861) which has HDMI 1.2. If i was to upgrade the AVR to one with 1.3 HDMI, am i likely to see an improvement in PQ?
