Kef PSW 2010 Sub Woofer Problem. Help Please.

Had this Sub for exactly 3 years without problem until last night. It suddenly started a quite loud clicking noise and it continues when the feed from the Amp is totally removed. I have no idea as to the workings of a Sub so can anyone give an educated guess as to what has happened?

Is it the PSU?

Would it be an expensive repair?

Is it likely to be covered by the limited 5 year Kef warranty?

I bought it from Creative Audio in Shrewsbury but they are no longer Kef dealers and in any case it would entail a 240 mile round trip............

Take a look at this previous thread -may be same problem- Did you leave the mains on and use the auto function.
