.. is £800 at Richersounds. So I have 2 questions.

1. Is there a review of this TV due soon?

2. Anyone that has one or heard about them offer any insights?

At the moment I'm torn between this and the UE40C6530.

have you considered a samsung 40c750 ? its a 200hz 3dtv , you just need to buy the glasses ...

£860 for the tv and £150 for the two pairs of glasses and 3d bluray disc ..

the sammy is a very nice tv imo , as good as anything around that price id say , with 3d to boot , a real bargain imo ?

Thanks for the replies, chaps.

Max - I'd have had a EX503 ages ago but the other half wants an LED TV for it's slimness. (which is why the B7020 Sammy was perfect for us). I'll probably not invest in 3D just now, this TV is to take over from an old CRT TV in my sitting room.

TVSpecV - Would the 200hz model (I assume this is the HX703?) be notibly better for motion? My local Richersounds is quite small and I doubt they'd have both models (if either) out on show. The only other outlet is Currys but all TVs there are on component feed so I can't really gauge how well they deal with motion. I would mainly be using the TV for gaming and football/F1.

Thanks again both for your input.

Hi my friend has the ex703 and tbh i dont like the picture as it looks to bright and fake if you see what i mean . even gets blurry on fast moving stuff too .

I have a 2half year old panasonic 42inch plasma and the picture looks so much more natural compared to his sony .

He also mentioned the the power save on the sony is annoying (if the tv senses your not there or no movement it turns off) as when your laying still on the sofa watching the tv and dont move it switches off !!!

I will always stick to plasma now as i think the picture is so more natural looking .

hi i'm also looking at the 40ex703 and the nx703 i really like the look of them both although on the ex703 ehere i saw it the pic seem to looks too bright and cartoon-like, i do agree with lost about the natural look of the plasmas and although the design of the panasonic 42g20 is bland its a great pic, just thought i'd let you know that the sony shop as both these t'v, the sony models ofcourse, £800/£850 with 5 years garenttee
