Jerky picture with Sky+HD

Hi. I'm suddenly seeing problems with motion tracking with both SD and HD pictures from my sky box (new generation 500gb unit, around 6 months old). This is happening with both live tv and with recordings and looks to be intermittent. The box has around 70% space remaining. Could this be a problem with the sky box? Any ideas would be appreciated.

i've noticed it too. if we're talking about the same thing.

it presents itself usually in a quick movement of a person on screen..but only on the odd occasion as you say. noticed it a couple of time during eastenders hd recently. it kind of looks like a slight slow down in the movement. definitely what i'd call a motion scanning type issue. not sure if it's a sky thing or broadcasting thing specific to certain channels etc.
