No, it won't. ITV HD is exclusive to the Freesat platform (for now).

.......there's no technical reason why it couldn't go out on Sky, since exactly the same transmission mechanism is used. But when asked why it wasn't happening, the guy responsible rubbed his thumb and forefinger together - which suggests to me that discussions took place, and that somebody's not paying somebody else enough money for it to be worthwhile (yet).

Remember when Sky HD was first launched, and ITV HD was launched alongside BBC HD for the world cup? ITV HD was cable only. ITV and everyone's mate Murdoch have been bitching at each other for years!! I doubt it will end anytime soon.
