ITV HD

I have just had my Sky HD EPG update and followed the instructions kindly posted on here for receiving ITV HD. I get to having channel 10510 in `other channels` but when I press select it says, No satelite signal is being received.

Am I making some basic error or are some Sky STBs unable to receive freesat broadcasts?

My STB is Amstrad.

Have you tried a power off?

I seem to remember that I had a signal issue after adding ITV HD that a reboot sorted.

By 'power off' do you mean unplugging from/reconnecting to the mains? That's the sort of hard-reset typically needed when you get a 'no signal' message. Leave it a minute or so when you plug it back in and go from there. Good luck (and apologies if you knew all that!)

If a power off doesn't work, try removing/deleting ITV HD and then re-adding it.

You remove it,by going into "other channels",highlighting 10510 then press yellow to remove it.

Then follow the instructions to add it again.

Deleting and re-adding worked. I now have ITV HD logo.
