Is this the end for my Aiwa DX-Z7000M?

I get a clicking/juddering noise when reading the tracks on my trusty old stead. Plays perfectly though. Am I going to have to ditch it?

If it is about to be extinct can I have any suggestions for a player to link up with current amp.

Sounds like the laser mechanism is about to give up.... but I wouldn't be too hasty - these things can go on for quite a while.

I would hang fire until it starts skipping and/or jumping...
