Is QED micro good enough for rear side speakers?

Hi, I have upgraded a lot of my kit and use QED silver anniversary cable for the fronts and centre. I already have the rear speakers wired up (set into wall and plastered over some time ago) but need to wire up the side rears. I need some discreet wiring but don't want to lose any quality. Will QED micro cable make a noticeable difference? I love watching films and want to make the most of the new sound formats that are out! Any thoughts gratefully received.
