Ipod track organistion

How can I edit/delete tracks from my Classic 80G now that I have set the system to manually download tracks? I had to do that because I have loaded nearly 3000 tracks at Lossless and my computer's hard drive wasn't big enough to cope. When I connect my ipod up it doesn't show my music.

If you are using itunes, when you plug it into your computer to sync it via usb, you can reselect from your options page (the one with the picture of the ipod on)...good luck
