iPad mini to tv adapter

Hi all,

i have an iPad mini and just got bt sport app. I was thinking of getting the below adapter

so I can get the football on a big screen. Reading some reviews it says that some on demand services don't work properly through the adapter

anyone got one and bt sports and got it working ok?

I do know that there are restrictions on Sky Go app so you can't transmit the programme / movie onto a TV via HDMI adapter. BT sport may be the same.

Anybody know if it works with mirroring to an Apple TV? For an extra 60 quid I think I'd rather have one of them, which is somewhat more versatile.

No, AirPlay video doesn't work with Sky Go / iplayer / ITV player / 4OD.
