Improving on my current amp/speaker system?

Hi

I have a Yamaha Class H Home cinema amp which I have in the past, used as a cinema setup. I now ONLY use it as hi-fi amp with four Technics wall mounted speakers, giving me stereo (or quad when I am in the mood!) sound and an eltax sub woofer. The sound is not too bad, but I'd like to improve on this. Some people tell me the amp is good and just upgrade the speakers. Fine, but I want to keep to wall mounted. So nothing to big. Anyone got any suggesstions?

Budget? Four AVI Neutrons or PMC DB1s would sound good, but will cost a grand and up.
