hey, the new imac has 16:9 ratio. why they don't call it 'iMac HD' or something like that?

The aspect ratio has nothing to do with whether or not the screen is high definition (ie has 1920 x 1080) though in this case, the imac does have a 1920 x 1080 display, so they could call it that, but it would be on the basis of its resolution and not its aspect ratio.

I have an older iMac which i purchased 2 weeks before the new ones came out , which was suxs as its not as good spec as the new iMacs for the money . but even 720p is classed as HD
