Ideal Speaker settings

Hi all,

Just wonder that what is the best and ideal speaker setting. I'm using Onk 506 and onk speaker model 235. the range is between -12db to +12db

What is with -12db to +12db? Is it bass & treble?

Correct. That is the bass and treble. I am asking what is the ideal setting becaise i just hooked it up recently. Another question is the adyssey mic set-up. Can we NOT do that and set-up the speaker manually?

It is ideally to set bass and treble at 0 so that its function to be cancelled.. sound reproduction will be directly from original source, ie, quality set by sound engineer in recording studio. By turning them to 0, it maintains sound originality.

On my 875 I can run Audysey and then tweak it manually myself if I require.

Make sure the +12db and -12db you're referring to isn't just volume level. Trable and bass adjustment is on a different sub-menu.
