i pod capacity

Hi,i'm not very clued up on digital music and was just wondering if i buy an i pod nano 16gb would it be enough capacity to hold approx 400 albums at 320 bitrate? Thanks.

5 to 10 mb per track x 10 tracks per album x 400 albums = 20 to 40 gig = not enough

options:

bigger ipod

lower bitrate (rip or convert to 128kbps aac during synch)

use playlists or otherwise synch only selected tracks/albums to ipod
