How to switch off the emails

I'm getting emails when someone replies to a thread I
posted too
How do I stop them please ?
I've looked at "my account " settings but can't see the option there

No, it was an admin option our digital people reactivated when doing the site upgrade that's been going on today.

They're switching it off as a global setting now...

Hi Andrew - this really bugs me too. I consciously try and uncheck the "Email me replies to this post" on the Options tab but it rarely seems to work! It's a pain in the bum!
