Ok tech has moved on from the days of video recorders , but i'm in need of some UFC of ESPN but i will need to be able to record the UFC events and watch in my own time

The only current way i will be able to watch ESPN is using a CAM in the back of my TV , The question is can i use my foxsat HDR to record from the TV?

If not any suggestions on how i could do this as i've seen cheap top up tv boxes with pvr for cheap enough prices though i just din't want more boxes under the tv

I take it one of the panasonic freeview+ with HDD and DVD recorder can record straight from the tv but can it do the signal from the CAM ?

Any advice would be appreciated
