A Anonymous Guest Mar 23, 2009 #5 I bought my folks a Sony DVD recorder / PVR for Christmas to replace their Sagem freeview box. Their SD picture improved dramatically. It seems to be at least as good as Sky's. It seems that not all freeview tuners are created equal.
