How do you organise your Spotify playlists?

I was just wondering how everyone else had sorted thier playlists on Spotify?

I have not organised mine and its getting a bit of a chore scrolling through them all.

Ideas?

Yes the playlist facility in Spotify hasn't really been thought through in my opinion. Listening to mostly classical and jazz, I like to order my music by: period, instrument, style, composer and or performer. So I usually do a mix of these depending on what I'm looking for. If I'm after, say, a good performance of Bach's violin partitas, I make up a playlist 'Bach Violin Partitas' and fill it with lots of different recordings that I come across of these works. If I'm after Lute music in general I just fill up a playlist for lute music as I go. So it really depends.

I create a playlist folder with artist name and album and then keep them alphabetical in my playlist.

Would love to have the ability to create a playlist with sub folders (playlists in it) I could then organise by artist only and then have the albums under that.
