Help wiring FMJ A32 to Mission 782se

I'm a bit embarrassed about having to ask this. The kind peeps at the hi fi shop originally told me how to wire the 2 above together and everything was fine and dandy. However finally unpacking the equipment from 2 years in storage after a move and .... cough ..... can't quite remember how to do it!! Each speaker cable has 4 wires. At one end they end in 4 plugs, at the other they end in 2 plugs. So which end goes to the amp and which to the speakers. Do I need the speaker binding thingy, and if so how is it attached - across the 2 sets of inputs I assume?

Sorry for having to ask what must be to you all a very simple question. Thanks in advance

The end which is terminated with 4 plugs (should be 2 red and 2 black) connect to the speakers. Ensure the binding plate is removed!

The other end then obviously connects to the amp. If it has twin outputs like A & B then ensure they are connect to the left and right on the same output.

Just ensure you connect the right colours together.
