Help which Amp ?

Hi all

At the moment I have a pair of TDL RTL3s and I am looking for a New amp . A friend of mine said to get the Audiolab 8000s but after reading on here its not as good as it once was , I have up to £500.00 to spend

If you like that lively and dynamic sound, you could do worse than shortlist the Exposure 2010s amp, recently superseded by the latest SE version. Also consider the Cambridge Audio 840A, which Richer Sounds are selling of the first version of the amp in some of their stores. Some find this has a noisy volume mechanism, but it still rates well and was well reviewed globally.

If you want to go down the used route, then amps like the NAD 370 and 319 or the Arcam Alpha 10 which you can get for around £250 and in good condition on Ebay. All are highly rated and see Sterephile for reviews on the 370 and Alpha 10.
