Hi Guys
Hope you can help.
The problem is that i get a picture judder on my tv when watching Blu ray and dvd, the picture is smooth as you like when watching any other format ie sky HD or Xbox. I posted this question a while back when i first purchased the tv, and at the time the general thought was that the TV was to good for the Sony BD player, so yesterday I was passing a shop that had Pioneer BDP330 on offer so i thought i would buy it, retail price was £300 so i though this must be good enough, but no, even worse than the sony, So i really am running out of ideas, ( maybe the Pioneer is also not good enough? ) dont really get why not though.
My System :
TV Pioneer Kuro lx5090
Disc player Sony BDP360. ( also tried a pioneer 330)
Kef 2005.2
Technics surround amp (upgrade due)
Ok so this is what i have tried
1: make sure all motion processing is set to off on the tv, (picture is worse with motion processing on)
2: tried different player Pioneer 330
3: swapped HDMI cable for a different one, (using a QED hdmi)
4: tried different hdmi port on the tv.
5: Ask You guys. 🙂
Also to cap it off, i borowed a few of my Blu ray discs to a friend when he brought an all in one Sony BD player/ speaker combo (total price £250) and the disc plays very smooth on his Sony TV. So i have in theory a much better set up than him that cost 20 times more and i get picture judder. :wall:
Any ideas would be great.
Thanks
Tim
