Help needed finding the right ipod clock radio for my girlfriends birthday

Hi all,

It's my girlfriends birthday on the 13th of April, and she has hinted at an ipod dock for the bedroom. There are a few must haves and I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.

1. It has to be white

2. It has to have an alarm clock and radio.

3. It has to have a remote.

4. It has to be able to play any song you choose on your ipod to wake you up. (my old JBL on time could only play the first song in my ipod)

5. Not essentail but if the light could be dimmed and it had back up power by using a battery in case of a power cut, that would be great.

Any idea's would love to hear from owners of docks that do all of the above?

Chronos iDock covers it, apart from battery backup. I have the CD version and it's very good (as clock radios go). The instructions are slightly contradictory about selecting which track to play on the iPod though, so confirm before purchasing.

All depends on what you want to spend.

I bought this for my teenage daughter and the sound quality is fine.

I bought the Chronos cd version and am very disapointed by the sound compared to our Evoke we used before, my wife wanted to be able to play cd's in the kitchen.
