help - my sony Bravia TV Guide + is failing to show any guide information.

For several weeks now I am not able to use the Guide + on my TV. If i go to guide it states that there is no information available, and I should leave my TV on standby (it is always left on standby).

I have tried re-scanning the channels and that didnt help.

It has happened in the past for a day or so, but it has been several weeks now and I am at a loss as to what is causing it.

Is this a problem with the TV itself?

hi edward,use the sony epg guide..and not the guide +,as this is a real pain to use.You need to go to settings and change the guide.

I 2nd the above advice. I had the exact same problem and switching to sonys epg is FAR better
