HELP.....HOW DO I CONNECT ?

Hi Everyone !

Can anyone tell me how to connect my new PS3 to my Arcam AVR200 please ? .....I DONT KNOW *L*

i have connected it to my TV via HDMI & can get sound/pic through the TV with no problem but i want to get the sound coming through my amp,do i need any more (different) cables or can i use the ones supplied with the PS3 ? obviously i want to have the sound coming through via the amp's 5.1 option !

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello, Not sure of the Arcam AVR200 but it "should" have an optical audio input - if it has use this.

If not then you can tell the PS3 to output sound via scart and use the two phono plugs (red and white) to feed into your amp but obviously only in stereo.

Thanks True Blue i'll get an optical cable & connect it that way to obtain the sound im after ,i appreciate your help it's nice to have a site like this to get any help i may need ,Thanks again !
