Headphone Amp for my Grado RS1i?

hi all, i am thinking of upgrading my project headbox mk11 to maybe a graham slee solo psu1. would this bring me worthwhile improvements? my source is the Linn Sneaky DS.

I would say, yes, without a doubt based on the fact it's a 5 star product at that price point only. It just depends if it's worth nearly 5 times the Headbox price........

Is there no chance you can audition or borrow from a dealer?

That should be quite a lively combination. Well worth a demo and for such a good pair of headphones I personally wouldn`t consider anything less than the Graham Slee.

i strongly advise you also to try a Creek OBH21SE when you audition the Slee - the Creek is significantly cheaper but i personally prefer the sound of it - i also find it gels well with Grados.
