Generally I have used speaker cables such as Gale, Fisual etc, usually paying £1.00 to £1.50 per meter.
Having bought all Hi def gear, plasma, receiver, blu ray player, surround speakers, QED hdmi's,Qed sub cable, I thought it was time to upgrade (a little) speaker cables.
So I ordered Qed silver anniversary XT for fronts/centre and Qed Micro for the rears without actually seeing it. Today it was delivered. First out of the box the XT, great looking chunky cable, then out came the Micro. The Micro looked a little like the bell wire that used to be given away with all ultra cheap hifi's.
Is this cable, the Micro really as good as the reviews say for budget systems?
Must admit though it will be great for hiding under carpets etc, but will it add sound quality?
