hello all and merry xmas,
Just brought one of these remotes, everything seems to de working fine apart from when i'm in the sky guide, when i use the up,down, left and right buttons to select a channel the highlighted channel will jump 3 or 4 channels so it will miss the channel i want to select. This also happens when i push the blue button for my favourites, i've turned the sensetivity on the remote to low but i think the remote thinks i'm pushing it twice. Also tried the help button while doing this put no luck so far!
Has anyone had any similar problems and found a solution?
