Happy Genie

I can't resist the urge: I have to sing the praise of my new Pro-ject Genie 3! It's such a musical table, whether you spin Songs for Swinging Lovers or Die Kunst der Fuge. WHF review was spot on, although I can't judge the 'brightness alert'. It gels really well with my Pioneer SA-506 and Dali Concepts, not a hint of brightness. Tight bass, excellent midrange. For overall musical enjoyment I'll say it effortlessly beats the (seeking cover from the vintage brigade) Thorens TD160 it replaces.
