Found some old photos from the 80s of my Yorkshire Hi Fi speakers. Supposed to stand with tweeter at the bottom.

The first proper speakers I owned AR 48 on Heybrook open stands.

And the first good amp I bought, cost me £300 I think in 1983/4. Made the ARs sound nice. Mind you I had room to have them about a yard from the wall. With my TD150 MK2. No CDs in those days.

I had my Audiolab and kef speakers stolen and the gear above all in the same year! After that I got cheapo stuff.

And then the Revolver (and "pig") with the Linn Basic plus arm. and Mission Cyrus amp. These lasted me years along with the Yorkshires on my home made stands.
