Glass walls in listening room

Just signed up for new house. Main (listening) room is 3.8m X 6.7m - a good size - but can't see any way around placing the equipment against a rendered brick 6.7m wall firing towards chairs up against the opposite 6.7m wall which is made of glass (metal frames). The glass wall is of course a feature of the house - full height (about 2.7m) and with no window treatments since that would spoil the effect. Floor is wood laid on concrete, but I will get rugs. One of the end walls is also glass, at the other end there is no wall; it sort of flows into the kitchen.

Am I going to have trouble with excessive reverberation bouncing off the glass? If so, what can I do? High-backed chairs? Japanese screens between the chairs and the glass? All suggestions welcome.

If it,s glass bricks then you should be fine, if it,s glass panels then could have problems

Less of a problem with reverberation off the glass; more of a problem with the glass flexing, albeit imperceptibly, which may case some bass suck-out. But I think you'll probably be fine with that kind of listening distance.

just bring your listening position forward 1m and leave plenty of room behind sofa and you'll be fine

studio apartment?

i'd buy one of these and stick it in the sweet spot between your speakers
