read some of these, while stranded in Zurich airport for a few hours over the weekend. Notwithstanding they're in forrin, they're not a patch on WHF. Although I was very curious about the graphs they put with their reviews. I've no idea what they represent, but they were intriguing....!

They do love their graphs, measurements and stats!

Do you remember the names?

I didn't know they were still using the Enigma machines...

Sorry Richard, can't recall - they were free in the departure lounge and two titles from the same publisher (one Hifi, one Home Cinema) - staplebound and ?4 in Germany, and ?4.50 in Austria, as I recall. They reviewed the Denon 2310 and gave it 61%, which I thought was a little mean.

That could be Stereoplay. Have it on my desk now, but they give the Denon 73. So maybe it wasn't.

nope, not that one - am struggling to recall. Ah well. It wasn't a huge mag, and didn't have a 'past reviews' summary. Lots of focus on Teufel and nowt on B&W!

In that case it probably wouldn't have found its way onto my desk!
