Hi,

My father-in-law is after a new TV, 32" or 37" and his only requirement, other than budget, is that he wants it to be full HD and Blu Ray compatible!

I mentioned the the Panasonic plasma's to him as they fall in his budget and hve great reviews, and also the fact that you don't see much difference with Full HD at that size but he insists it has to be Full HD, an therefore i guess LCD.

Is it possible to get what he wants within his budget? And what would be the best option?

Thanks

The LG 37LF66 can be picked up for around £580, also the LE37M87BDX, i would say is a much better TV to go for but its about £650. (Both Full HD)

The only 32" Full HD at the moment is the Sharp LC32X20E, but thats over £700...

So if i manage to convince him that Full HD is not important, what would be the best option within budget?

I've found the Sony KPL-32P3020 for £449, which What Hi Def? claims to be the best 32" LCD you can buy. Is this the case. And what would be the best 37" that falls in or under budget?
