From B&W 602 S3 to 685.. a worthy upgrade?

Hi everyone!

I have been thinking these past few days of upgrading my 602 S3 to the 685s but I'm wondering if the sound improvement I will get will be worth the £370 pound I will be spending or is there any other speaker worth considering on the £500 bracket? Please recommend if there are any.

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.. Cheers!

This exact same question was posted recently and the conclusion is no. The 602 S3 are excellent speakers, and you would need to be prepared to spend >£500 to gain a significant improvement and not waste your money.
