Freesat Bedroom TV Required

Hi,

I am after a cheap as possible Freesat tv for my bedroom.

When I say cheap, I dont mean really cheap.

I want something around 22", HD ready and a good brand.

Is their such a thing out there ?

Dont mind picking up a second hand set or not up to date present models.

Any advice ?

Don't think you'll find one at that size. The smallest TVs i've seen with intergrated Freesat tuners is 32"

yes i looked last year and smallest was 32" which seems like a missed opportunity to me.. i dont want to have an extra box to do the decoding..

Yep, 32in looks like current smallest Freesat TV - eg Panasonic's premium TX-32DT30, which can now be had for @£700.....

Def a gap in the market then. I wonder why ?

Are Freesat tuners that expensive ?

Sales of Freesat equipped tv's and recorders fell through the floor with the roll-out of Freeview HD. As it stands at the moment, the market for small Freesat enabled tv's is too small to interest the remainig large manufacturers.
