Loads - I can think of. People have loads of problems when buying stuff from shops, then have talked about it on here, then the shop has come on and sorted it out. Happens a lot.

I guess that the manufacturers keep an eye on this place too. At least some of them, the more specialized.

But specific ranting, and not only helping each other out... Have someone managed to persuade a manufacturer to redesign?

Yep. I personally have had at least 5 examples (I think). Richer Sounds once, Sevenoaks Cambridge - offered me another demo. The Panasonic 50V20 problems. Panasonic themselves commented on it, and WHF forum members helped me get a full refund.
